Not everything is serious business at St. David's Episcopal Church. Small sprites keep things light-hearted and having fun can be infectious. Maybe that's what Jesus intended when he called the little children to come to him. A small smile on the face of a child conveys a world of meaning.

St. David's sign had seen better days and was in such grim shape that our resident artist Stewart just couldn't take it anymore. Stewart repainted and repaired the sign. Here Stewart and handyman Rob dig holes to plant the sign outside the church. Hopefully, its planting might "plant" the desire of some passing motorist to visit our church and see what we are all about.

St. David's opens its doors to the San Juan Islands Symphonia, a local group of island musicians who enjoy classical music and who enjoy performing it.

Easter is a time where young life is at its showy best. Every young lass needs to show off her Easter finery and to crack open an Easter egg (even if it is plastic) to discover what goodie lays inside. (Photo by Judy Packard).
